Experience

My experience over the years has gone beyond providing excellent customer service to individuals, addressing requests and incidents, and offering various services. I have been opportune to work with various departments and maintained a good work ethic. Additionally, I have excelled in IT roles, ensured network security while working with the data centre team, managed servers (Windows, Linux, and Unix), and performed backups and troubleshooting. I played a key role in the approval of a project that led to a significant increase in customer satisfaction. I equally developed a means that helped improve the effectiveness of my department, which is knowledge sharing that led to notable advancements in client satisfaction.

Education

I am presently enrolled in a Postgraduate Certificate Program in Cybersecurity. This program is equipping me with essential knowledge in areas such as software security, web security, information systems security, communication networks, cryptography, and network security, among other crucial subjects.
