- Accountable for brand management within the company, championing the brand internally and externally, ensuring that all departments and employees understand and support the brand's vision, positioning, identity, and messaging.
- Educate and provide consultation to internal stakeholders on brand standards, guidelines, and visual identity best practices.
- Support marketing teams in our goal to strengthen Intact's brand leadership across all strategic segments and markets, with an unwavering commitment to achieving results.
- Work closely with teams in different regions to ensure quality and consistency of the Intact brand experience on a global scale.
- Translate DEI commitments into thoughtful, intentional brand initiatives that advance our inclusive marketing strategies and strengthen brand authenticity and trust.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies as needed to support brand initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge and experience developing and deploying brand management principles and best practices, including industry and regional brand considerations.
- Proven ability to develop branding strategies and to effectively communicate recommendations to diverse markets, peers, and senior stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, including 4+ years in brand management, brand strategy, and sponsorships.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications & design, or equivalent field.
- Expertise in synthesizing data and relevant information on brand health indicators and presenting results to executive audiences.
- Strong ability to turn concepts and ideas into well-coordinated and executed projects.
- Keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation for design.
- Experience with substantial Change Management projects.
- Takes initiative easily and is comfortable working autonomously.
- Well organized and excellent at project management and working under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, highly collaborative, enjoys problem solving and building consensus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, given the international scope of this role. Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Branding Strategy & Governance to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing Intact's strategy and positioning of the brand worldwide. Your role will be diverse and fulfilling, as you will have the chance to impact strategy, build diverse projects and identify mandates that will foster growth and generate impactful results. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be a key element of this position. You will interact with a variety of internal stakeholders, in multidisciplinary forums, advancing our brand's leadership.
