    Description

    Our client is a successful real estate development company located in Markham and they have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst who will provide a broad range of analytical, research, presentation support, strategic solutions and insights to the realty team and partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by performing financial modeling, including risk analysis, cash flow analysis, and IRR and ROI.
    • Assist in the financing, acquisition, and due diligence for properties.
    • Prepare offering memoranda and marketing material.
    • Develop and maintain financial models for development projects.
    • Conduct and maintain a database of market research.
    • Perform market research on areas of interest.
    • Prepare comprehensive presentation and communication materials for prospective clients (e.g. investment offering summaries, confidential information memorandums, pitches, etc).
    • Collaborate with external working professionals, including lawyers, accountants, planners, architects, and engineers.
    • Assist in Real Estate Fund management and analyst

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field.
    • Master Degree from reputable universities is an asset
    • 3-5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or a similar role, in a related field
    • Must have experience creating pro formas
    • Passion for and knowledge of Real Estate
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Highly proficient with analytical tools.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    • Ability to thrive in our collaborative team and excel in a fast-paced setting.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently and deliver results to the highest accuracy.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with professional presentation skills
