- Minimum 1-year related experience in an office environment
- Post -secondary education or community college certificate or diploma
- Basic level proficiency with MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with ERP system or accounting software
- Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to adjust workflow to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail & focus on accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use sound judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills

The Accounting Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Cash & Collections team, Payroll, as well as the Finance department.
Job Type: Onsite Full-time, Permanent.
Compensation range: $22-$24 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week.
