    ROLE& RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Supportoutbound and inbound phone calls for multiple stores.

    · Booksales appointments to maximize each sale's department availability to sell

    · Followup on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit

    · Providecustomers a positive experience through excellent service.

    · Successfullyachieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals established by the BDC Manager

    · Maintainknowledge of all sales product offerings

    · Workingin a process-driven work environment with multiple software applications.

    · Workingwith CRM Systems and updating the customer database.

    · Captureand update customer contact information as per establish guidelines

    · Respondto all email, voicemail and text messages as required

    · Mustfollow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forwardany escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.

    · Collaboratewith team members to support customer demands

    · Otherduties assigned by BDC Manager
