    We are a thriving family business looking for a Vice President, Finance and Operations to join our team.

    About Us:

    We are a second-generation family business growing our asset base and people. We are a small, tight-knit group of individuals who work together to drive positive outcomes.

    As a key player within our Executive Team, you will:

    • Generate relevant, useful, corporate reports within 5 business days of month end.
    • Create and implement systems and processes to streamline, automate, and strengthen our back office.
    • Oversee treasury and cash management, while administering improving bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
    • Provide analysis and insights that drive investment and business decisions.

    What you'll bring to the table:

    • You have at least 5 years of experience in a related role, and/or discipline.
    • You have earned your CPA Designation.
    • You hold a post-secondary education in finance, accounting, law, or related field.
    • You are a driven, focused, and organized individual with a willingness to learn.
    • Your communication skills are exceptional – both oral and written.
    • Experience with a large accounting firm, investment manager or bank will be high graded.
