    • What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Warehouse receiving coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

  • Support Inbound Supervisors and team leader in daily tasks.
  • Responsible for coordinating offloading plan with inbound receiver.
  • Responsible for coordinating put away plan with inbound putaway operators.
  • Replace inbound team leader on vacation. (Team leader's back up)
  • Communicate with suppliers about damages.
  • Responsible of some process regarding inventory and Inbound dpts..
  • Work with other DC about orders and inventory transfers.
  • Operate machinery (MHE) to support returns dock when required.
  • Provides advice and support to other departments on warehouse matters.
  • Participate in the planning of special projects to ensure the best use of the company's resources.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with governmental regulations.
  • Identify, through a proactive approach, potential cost-saving and efficiency gain opportunities to improve overall site operating metrics.
  • All other related tasks.

    • What will make you the ideal Warehouse receiving coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Experience in wholesale distribution and/or automotive industry is an asset. Experience and abilities with warehouse management system (WMS), RF Units, ERP (SAP) is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
