    Mount Royal University
    Type : 6 to 12 month contract for maternity leave, skills base is intermediate project / program manager.

    They will take the lead to ensure all internal and external resources are aligned to deliver a transformational experience for the business leaders who participate in programs.

    They will be responsible for the end-to-end client experience measurement (this includes a quality management system) working directly with executive-level participants on data collection, feedback synthesis, analysis and decision making around enhancing the program design.

    They will actively collaborate with both client acquisition and program design leads.

    The role will manage a team of casual employees, contractors and full-time employees to achieve the desired goals, and manage the non-labour costs associated with program delivery.

    Success in this role will require an individual who is exceptional at planning, leading execution, and communication.

    Specifically, project management, change management and familiarity with the following digital tools is a strength for any applicant:
    ; Formal project management training (eg. Successful candidate joins a team that has grown together since autumn 2022 by listening to each other and growing our brand reach across Alberta.

    This includes identifying digital solutions that can automate error-prone human processes.
    Manage Operations team, including one full-time and casual employees/ student interns, as well as multiple transactional and strategic contractors
    Refine / improve upon all operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistently repeatable program model that can be delivered within budget while achieving the outcomes of the program's three main funders

    Leads the planning and execution of all logistics involved in the successful delivery of hybrid, virtual and physical programs in multiple locations across Alberta.

    Successfully delivers graduation for current cohorts (C- Calgary, C- Edmonton) and future cohort (C- Calgary, September start)
    Provide project and team management to ensure completion of tasks in alignment with overall program milestones and cadence.
    We measure Net Promoter Score and have several touch points in our quality management system.
    Design and lead the Student Work Integrated Learning program ensuring students receive a valuable paid work experience. Manages talent acquisition, recruitment and deployment of resources within the Growth Navigator Network
    Contractor Procurement and Contract Management (10%)
    Manage selection process for contractor recruitment and subsequent contract management in program delivery

    Lead recruitment of Advisors / Experts to recommend qualified contract advisors into Growth Navigator Network (GNN), including nurturing of the GNN itself.

    Our operating model includes stand-up meetings, three days a week (one of which is in person), one full day per week in person (face to face with the whole team).

    Remainder of the job is virtual, other than production days which require a personal touch.
