    As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing engaging organic social media content that resonate with our brand and campaign objectives. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling content, engaging with users, maintaining our social media calendars, monitoring trends, reporting and analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with team members and checking in with the co-founders and product manager to to ensure brand consistency.

    For this role, we're looking for a passionate individual, student or otherwise who's interested in building experience and skills as a Social Media Manager in one of the following platforms:

    -Facebook

    -Instagram

    -Linkedin

    -Twitter

    -Tik Tok

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and curate captivating content (text, images, videos) across various social media platforms
    • Maintain and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting
    • Stay informed about social media trends, emerging technologies, and industry news to inform content and strategy
    • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, questions, and messages authentically and in a timely manner.
    • Report and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns, refining strategies for improvement
    • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure messaging alignment, content quality, and timely scheduling
    • Coordinate with graphic designers and video production/editing vendors to produce content
    • Proactively identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement
    • Repurpose content on our blog to increase audience engagement, identify high-performing content for re-use
    • Maintain task status updates via Slack
    • Participate in weekly content strategy and status meetings

    Targets

    • Achieve a 3-10% month-over-month increase in followers for each social platform
    • Analyze content performance to inform and refine content strategy
    • Maintain a balanced blend of static text and images, video, and text-motion content weekly
