    Description

    Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce where you can choose to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both.

    You'll work with our sales folks to keep central databases accurate and up to date and you're not shy to chase people up when you need to

    As a part of the Resolver team, your work will help transform risk management to risk intelligence so organizations can protect people and assets and deliver on their purpose.

    The Proposal Specialist plays a key role in helping our sales organization reach their #1 goal- grow our revenue.

    Working alongside our sales team you will help them gather, organize and share the information requested in the RFP in a way that aligns not only with the needs of the prospect but also sets Resolver up as the go-to choice to meet those needs.

    Work with the sales team and subject matter experts to develop high-quality proposals
    Project manage the completion of the RFP including creating the project, assigning, and managing the questions as well as creating and submitting of all relevant documents
    Synthesize raw content from various sources into a cohesive and comprehensive package
    Content Management (30%)
    Ensure the library contains technically accurate and relevant content including screen shots and other resources
    Manage a content maintenance and review process
    Craft compelling and concise content that has a coherent voice and tone
    Work with the sales team to manage contracts execution
    Support other rev ops functions as needed including data hygiene and other data projects
    You have 6 months + experience working with Loopio or similar RFP Management Software
    You have experience managing projects with a variety of stakeholders
