Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze operational performance and make improvements as necessary
Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations supervisors and employees

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in operations management in an industrial fabrication environment or similar role
Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in making process improvements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management methodologies
