    Manager, Marketing Analytics - Marketing Mix Modelling

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Marketing Analytics (Marketing Mix Modelling) in our Corporate Commercial Department who will lead the Marketing Mix Model program to measure marketing effectiveness and predict the impact of future efforts. The individual will work closely with the Media team to evolve Four Seasons marketing strategy through data-driven insights and optimizations. The individual will provide oversight on data and methodology used for MMM, derive actionable insights, and develop data-centric measurement tools to inform media investment decisions and marketing channel strategies.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Lead the end-to-end development and evolution of Marketing Mix Model in partnership with the Media Team and Marketing Mix Vendor to deliver a robust measurement program used to inform investment decisions and marketing strategy.
    • Understand our internal marketing strategy, bring oversight to Marketing Vendors on inputs and methodology used.
    • Timely communication of changes, impacts, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders as it relates to strategy and performance of the Marketing Mix.
    • Own the Marketing Mix Roadmap of model, data collection, and process enhancements. Grow partnerships with vendors and effectively utilize marketing partner expertise and capability.
    • Project manage and lead weekly calls with Marketing Mix partner to ensure the program is delivering on marketing optimizations and actions.
    • Partner with the Media team in crafting Marketing Mix presentations to senior stakeholders, focusing on performance results, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
    • Create and maintain automated MMM reporting processes for visibility.
    • Own models and forecast to quantify impact of campaigns across hotels and resorts and lines of business leveraging insights derived from MMM.
    • Using insights from the Marketing Mix Model, in collaboration with the Media Team and marketing functions, design and activate on a learning agenda to refine marketing strategies and optimize future marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on learning agenda activities, effectiveness of optimizations, and recommended next steps.
    • Outside of Marketing Mix projects, lead all media measurement studies such as brand lift studies, incremental lift studies, A/B and multivariate tests, and beta product opportunities with media partners.
    • Assist in any RFP, review and/or regular evaluation of Marketing Mix partner and vendor.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Statistics, Economics) or relevant experience in data, data science, marketing analytics, and/or business analysis
    • 5+ years' experience in similar roles at marketing organizations, media agencies or media suppliers (hands-on experience with Marketing Mix providers strongly recommended)
    • Hands on experience working with Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) with an understanding of the technical elements required in building and maintaining forecasts and advanced models.
    • Strong process management and development skills.
    • Strong ability to turn data insights into impactful storytelling.
    • Excellent knowledge of advertising stack, adtech, and martech.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
    • Experience with attribution methodologies and analyzing media mix modeling executions.
    • Experience with paid, earned, and owned channels as an asset.

    This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
