    Responsibilities and Requirement

  • Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective)
  • Must be a Certified Scrum Master Certification (Valid & Current Certification)
  • High on confidence and good articulation skills.
  • Shielding the team - Conflict resolutions
  • Coaching Agile practices
  • Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning, Forecasting.
  • Removing impediments
  • Creating a communication channel (team, Product owner, stakeholder)
  • Enforcing Rules
  • Strong Salesforce Deliver Lead/Manager
  • understanding of SDLC processes & delivery timelines
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Monitor budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
