    The Senior Consultant, Business Management & Engagement is a key member of Infrastructure, Architecture & Modernization's Operations Support Services (OSS) Business Management & Engagement team.

    Overall, the team focuses on executive reporting, business management, communications and engagement initiatives educating and informing the broad and diverse Infrastructure, Architecture & Modernization team in addition to our partners in TI&I and across CIBC.

    In this role , you will lead communications and engagement activities to support Infrastructure, Architecture & Modernization's purpose-driven team culture by creating engaging experiences (e.g.

    You will also have the opportunity to make an impact supporting communications and engagement activities that you dream up to move our business forward, and as required, collaborate on our business management and executive reporting activities.

    This role is an exciting opportunity to mentor junior team members in an effort to support our collective success.

    You will work with leaders of all levels across Infrastructure and TI&I (Technology, Infrastructure & innovation), and you will work closely with Infrastructure, Architecture & Modernization's most senior leadership team.

    You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

    Communications and Storytelling You know how to tell compelling business stories and have unique ideas of how to make messages stick with your audience
    Relationship Development and Management You understand that getting things done takes collaboration across several teams, and you are someone who enjoys working with others and building relationships with people of all levels
    Planning & Execution You provide exceptional planning and orchestration in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. You effectively manage multiple activities with varying complexity while under tight timeframes
    You actively look for opportunities to drive our business forward.

    Using knowledge, experience, relationships and collaboration to determine if services, processes or procedures may be modified to better suit the business, you make practical recommendations and help make it happen.

    You can demonstrate experience in: working with leaders of all levels, relationship management, communications including creating Town Halls and communicating change
    Your critical thinking skills help to inform your decision making
    You have knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for gaining the cooperation and support of others.
