    Description

    Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee operations across a variety of real estate properties, encompassing industrial, retail, and office buildings. This candidate's primary objectives will include optimizing efficiency, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary liaison for tenants, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
    • Manage lease negotiations and foster positive tenant relationships.
    • Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
    • Coordinate maintenance activities and implement preventive maintenance programs.
    • Develop and oversee property budgets, monitor accounts receivable, and analyze financial performance.
    • Ensure timely rent collection and optimize revenue while controlling expenses.
    • Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
    • Screen prospective tenants and collaborate with leasing agents for effective property marketing.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and address legal issues promptly.

    Qualifications:

    • Skilled in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously in a dynamic setting.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient problem-solver.
    • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
