Description

We are hiring two Sales Manager's for Maple Ridge and Port Coquitlam. Please let us know in your application which location you are interested in.

The ideal candidate must be a licensed Realtor. You are a friendly, motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of real estate sales, prospecting and developing strong relationships with buyers and realtors.

Responsibilities:

Work on-site at Presentation Centre (PC) Saturday - Wednesday's from 11:45AM - 5PM and for special events
Be available outside of PC hours for any active deals related to project
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Manage PC Activities
Achieve Sales goals and targets
Execute Contracts with a strong knowledge of Disclosure Statements, Contracts of Purchase and Sale, Addendums, and the project marketing sales cycle
Lead Follow Up
CRM Management
Collaborating with marketing team to help provide feedback on strategies
Preparing daily and weekly sales reports
Attending weekly team meetings

Qualifications:

Licensed Realtor with strong understanding of REDMA
Experience on-site at a Sales Centre/Presentation Centre
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years' of sales experience
Experience leading and managing direct reports.
Hands-on experience with the project marketing sales and completion process
Experience working with a CRM and Contract Writing Software/Program
