In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives; Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness.
Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organizationBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 8 years of work experience including HR domain.
Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. Infosys is looking for a Senior Lead - HR Business Partner within the Human Resources team.

Execute unit specific performance management framework
Manage all aspects of reporting, analytics and metrics as required.
