CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

• Intégration : vous serez responsable du processus d'intégration de nos nouveaux partenaires, y compris la planification du projet, la coordination et les téléchargements techniques sur notre plateforme.
• Formation : Organisation de sessions de formation pour impliquer nos partenaires et les préparer à utiliser notre produit.
• Soutien : Communication et engagement actif auprès des partenaires pour augmenter les revenus et l'utilisation.
• Défendre les demandes et les préoccupations des partenaires pour améliorer notre produit.
VOUS ÊTES QUELQU'UN AVEC :
• Expérience en intégration et soutien des clients - Obligatoire.
• Familiarité avec l'industrie de l'hospitalité ; travailler avec des clients de l'hospitalité dans une fonction d'adaptation de produit ou de service - Obligatoire.
• Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, à la fois écrites et verbales, avec la capacité de transmettre des informations complexes de manière claire et concise. (Anglais/langues supplémentaires un plus)
• Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes, avec une mentalité proactive et orientée solution.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, attention aux détails et capacité à prioriser efficacement les tâches.
• Expérience de travail dans un environnement rapide avec la capacité de multitâche et de respecter les délais.

Plusgrade, a leading travel technology company, is seeking a dedicated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Partner Operations Specialist As a Partner Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our valued partners and ensuring their success. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Tier 1 inbound requests, managing the partner onboarding process, and analyzing partner inquiries to identify improvement opportunities while collaborating with the product and R&D team. You are committed to delivering top-notch customer care and contributing to the overall success of our partners. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
•Onboarding: you will be responsible for the onboarding process for our new partners, including the project planning, coordination, and technical uploads to our platform.
• Training: Running training sessions to get our partners engaged and ready to use our product
• Supporting: Communicating and actively engaging partners to increase revenue and usage
• Championing partner requests and concerns to improve our product YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• Experienced in onboarding and supporting clients - Must
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry; working with hospitality clients in product or service adaption function - Must
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. (English/Additional Languages a plus)
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
