    We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Web and Digital Growth to lead Axonify's digital marketing strategy across our web properties and digital channels to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

    With a proven track record managing customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation systems (MAS), intent platforms, Google search, social, display and web technologies you know how to translate your strategy into practice to grow Axonify's online presence, increase website traffic, and optimize conversion rates to ultimately drive new customer and revenue acquisition.

    This leadership role will own and monitor, manage and report on digital ROI and performance across all digital channels and provide insight to all marketing teams enabling optimization of content and programs for impact.

    Leading a team of digital and web professionals and supporting their continuous growth, your team alongside business operations, the tools, workflows, lead flows and campaigns being run across marketing are optimized for scale, agility and growth.

    The impact you'll have:

    Manage all paid digital strategy, budget, external agencies and performance to achieve regional and industry annual recurring revenue (ARR) and pipeline targets

    Lead and monitor a variety of projects in an agile way, manage agency relationships, identify roadblocks, keep track of budgets and ensure results are delivered within set timescales

    Optimize all aspects of digital campaigns, including recommendations on emails, landing pages, and forms; and by tracking, recording, and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

    Work closely with marketing and demand generation program managers to define and implement segmentation strategies across digital marketing channels, and monitor movement between engagement segments to ensure leads/accounts are continually warming and becoming sales-ready

    Work closely with business operations to map and measure the customer journey, including identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations and strategies for optimization

    Support the strategy creation and monitor search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) as it aligns with Axonify's digital marketing initiatives, including tactics such as keyword research, content optimization

    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across web and digital channels

    Lead the planning, development, and optimization of our website and digital properties to enhance user experience and drive business objectives

    Manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display advertising and retargeting

    Lead the implementation of A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website conversion rates and user experience

    Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of digital marketing best practices and innovations

    Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI)

    Provide reporting and insights to be used for board and executive audiences

    What you'll bring:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred

    10+ years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and digital growth strategies

    Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making

    Experience with website optimization techniques, including A/B testing, user testing, and personalization

    Expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement

    Strong project management discipline leveraging workflow optimization tools

    Proven track record of driving measurable results in web and digital marketing, including increasing website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates

    Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising.
