    Sr Manager, Process Design & Workforce Planning

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Process Design, and Workforce Planning to join our team.

    As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    This is a fully remote position, with hybrid/on-site options available for those who wish to work from our Toronto Corporate Office.

    Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and design innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    Pharmacy System (Kroll) : Work collaborative with Kroll/Telus Health team to optimize the use of our pharmacy software system in our retail pharmacies.

    Partner with our Strategy, Operations, and IT teams to ensure the optimal use of this software across our network.

    Workforce Planning :

    Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right place at the right time.

    Assess roles, capabilities, and regulatory environment to design a labour model and workforce plan aligned to our strategic objectives. Partner with operations and finance team to forecast labour needs for the short, medium, and long term.

    Data Analysis :

    Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend improvements to optimize processes and workforce allocation.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration :
    Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to align process design and workforce planning initiatives with overall business objectives.

    Continuous Improvement :
    Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to process design and workforce planning


    Change Management :
    Effectively manage change initiatives, ensuring seamless implementation of process improvements and workforce planning strategies across the organization.

    Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, summarizing findings, recommendations, and the impact of process optimization and workforce planning efforts.


    Compliance :
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all process design and workforce planning activities.
    Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
    Proven experience (5+ years) in process design, optimization, and workforce planning. Experience in retail, specifically, pharmacy retail is an asset.
    Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
    Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
    Change management expertise, with the ability to drive and manage organizational change initiatives successfully.
    Project management certification (e.g., Flexibility for remote work
