    Description
    Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Avionics Integration Engineer will be the primary Engineering team
    member responsible for proposing and implementing avionics technical solutions.

    Provide support for all customer and company Avionics requests including recommending technical

    solutions, generating proposals, liaising with Customer Support and Production on quotations, and
    providing technical expertise and advise on equipment selection and integrations.
    ~ Create and review certification data packages, including technical drawings, installation manuals,

    Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness, flight manuals, test plans, test reports, technical analyses,
    Manage engineering projects utilizing both internal and external resources ensuring successful project

    Provide technical support to customers, installers, and the Customer Support team in support of the

    Remain current on new Avionics technical solutions based on customer inputs and latest trends in

    Attend trade shows, workshops and training courses as directed by the company to ensure knowledge

    Independently conduct online research and communicate with vendors to update understanding of

    Develop, and enforce compliance with, internal policies, procedures, and standards to support continuous
    Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Aerospace, Electrical, Avionics, etc.).
    Minimum of 5 years aviation/aerospace engineering experience.
    Minimum of 5 years aviation electrical/avionics integration design and substantiation experience.
    Experience with aircraft certification and familiarity with TCCA CAR 521, 527, 529 and equivalents.
    Adherence to regulatory/professional standards and company policies.

    General aviation aircraft completions and/or STC experience.
    Engineering project management experience.
    Experience as an installer of avionics systems in addition to Engineering experience.
    Familiarity with TCCA CAR 573 and equivalents.
