    Description

    The Learning Systems Administrator in The North West Company (NWC) supports the People Development team in its design, development and deployment of learning, talent and training resources through our People Development platforms.

    You will support the full life cycle of company training programs through the activation, coordination and tracking of all training events, learning activities, assessments and evaluations.

    You will collaborate with People Team (HR) team members, vendors, subject matter experts, operations teams, to develop and continuously improve the administration of People Development systems and how they support our people in all roles across NWC.

    Providerecommendations to ensures current and future licensing needs are aligned with our budget
    Reporting and analysis
    Act as point of contact to ensure training activities are tracked and reported on as required.
    Present recommendations on key trends in training, talent development and engagement.
    User Experience
    Support the communication, onboarding, and awareness and user experience across People Development Systems.
    Support any system updates are tested, validated and released as required.
    Support the testing and learning of pilots of new processes, systems and tools.
    Supporttechnology integrations and any data linking (i.e. Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    Experience with business intelligence software, database management, HTML, web design are considered assets.
    Experience in support of API and other systems integrations considered an asset.
    Experience providing software or end user support.
    Excellent verbal-writing communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
    Second language an asset.
