    Job Description

    Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Appointment Operations

    As a Coordinator of appointment operations, you will be in charge of the process and operations related to SSENSE Montreal's physical appointment model. Ensuring accuracy, pace, and efficiency of inventory in daily appointment settings. You will oversee flawless activities by identifying, communicating, and resolving customer issues promptly to provide them with an exceptional experience. Fostering a positive work environment in line with brand values and SSENSE's objectives.

    • Responsibilities:
    • Customer Experience - 20%
      • Contribute to the purchasing journey through appointment visits model. Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining quality of presentations, inventory management, and after-sales service.
      • Maintain in-depth knowledge of brands offered at SSENSE, including artistic direction, history, technical clothing information.
    • Operations - 70%
      • Monitor and achieve stock flow targets using dashboard metrics.
      • Play an active role in maximizing productivity and enhancing customer experience through unit per hour metrics, perfect appointment ratio, and unit conversion ratio per appointment.
      • Handle and prepare merchandise for in-store sales, communicate new or planned products to the team.
      • Assist in operational activities and back-store tasks as needed, maintain highest quality storage on-site and off-site facilities.
      • Establish strong relationships with warehouse staff to deliver excellent customer service.
      • Support, promote, and take responsibility for loss prevention in all risk management aspects, physical security, cash control, inventory management, and transaction accuracy.
      • Ensure compliance of store operations, health and safety standards, and company policy and protocols.
      • Maintain current visual direction by identifying, communicating, and ensuring highest visual presentation standards.
    • Leadership - 10%
      • Build and develop exceptional customer-focused teams.
      • Promote collaboration among appointment operations coordinators, sales staff, and support staff.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
      • College diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, business, management, or related field preferred.
      • Experience with point of sale systems.
      • Ability to lift heavy loads (15 kg).
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
      • Comfort working with Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and proficient with computers and the Web.
      • Flexibility for varying work schedules due to business demands.
