    Accountability
  • ONxpress Transportation Partners, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team, is looking for a passionate and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator Month Contract), who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.
  • The primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience, ATS management, and championing the ONxpress brand at all stages of recruitment.
    • Responsibility
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates through various channels and assist in resume screening and initial assessments.
  • Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting required documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). ATS implementation and data migration a strong asset.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain recruitment-related reports and metrics for analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Engagement/Employer Branding: Keep candidates informed about their status throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience at all touch points of recruitment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment function.
    • Experience
  • 2-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
