    Recruitment By Design is hiring. We are a full-service, boutique staffing agency specializing in the Architecture, Design & Engineering industries across Canada.

    We are currently seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you will work alongside an Account Manager to fill job orders from clients.

    The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication and organization skills, who is passionate about people and looking to build a career in talent acquisition. A Human Resources related field of study or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in using hiring platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to source hard-to-find talent and build candidate pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Manatal or Bullhorn is considered an asset.
