    Job Title: Director of Sales & Partnerships

    Location: Toronto, Canada (remote with potential hybrid option)

    Position Overview: We are looking for a vibrant Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead our sales team and drive strategic partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in boosting revenue, fostering relationships, and nurturing high-performing teams. This role offers a thrilling chance to significantly contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    About Us: Established in 2019, The Good Karma Co. serves as Canada's premier hub for culturally relevant content solutions. Teaming up with LeBron James, Maverick Carter, and Drake, we introduced the UNINTERRUPTED brand to the Canadian market. Alongside, we've launched multiple other brands covering various entertainment sectors like scripted and unscripted content, media distribution, and much more.

    Expected Services include, but not limited to:

    • Drive revenue through partnership sales
    • Develop and manage a Sales Pipeline Tracker
    • Handle inbound sales requests and manage RFP submissions
    • Lead outbound sales opportunities
    • Ensure client commitments align with content and distribution plans
    • Lead and develop sales team members
    • Coordinate with production and finance teams
    • Ideate and develop new content formats
    • Optimize sales infrastructure and processes
    • Other duties as needed

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or Finance
    • 10+ years of sales experience
    • Prior experience in sports and entertainment industry
    • Proven track record in revenue growth and partnerships
    • Required skills: leadership, negotiation, strategic thinking
    • Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
    • Experience in start-ups or early-stage companies is a plus
    • Understanding of the North American entertainment industry
    • A sense of humor is essential
