    Description
    Job Title: Sales and Service Supervisor
    Specializing in products that improve the physical plant of the home or structure, our client's sales team are experts in their stream across British Columbia. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, our client exceeds expectations every day. Do you want to help them in their mission?

    Some of what you will do in this role includes:
    • Oversee the daily operation of the business unit and organization during the President's absence
    • Act as a hands-on leader developing, coaching and mentoring staff
    • Engage in key or targeted customer activities and generate sales opportunities
    • Work with the Inventory Manager to ensure best pricing & purchasing efficiency
    • Assist Service Technicians and Dispatch to ensure efficiencies are realized in job planning and execution
    • Ensure excellent customer service and help with customer-related issues
    You should have the following in your background to apply:
    • Degree in business/marketing, trades or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years' experience in service-related industry
    • Experience with people and project management
    • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, purchasing & quality assurance
    • Dynamic, flexible, goal-oriented and results-focused leadership
