    The primary focus of the Customer Service Officer is to be the first point of contact for all Optimum Mortgage clients and partners by telephone or email.

    This role is primarily focused on professionally answering all inbound phone calls, providing 1st call resolution on as many inquiries as possible, and/or directing client inquiries to the other departments as required.

    In our ever-changing environment, they know how to be flexible and adapt.
    Customer Service. Administration. Provide a high level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectations by asking open ended discovery questions to ensure all our client's financial needs are being met

    Ensure a high level of quality is delivered to all Optimum clients through the accurate completion of all Customer Service inquiries and operational activities.

    Act as a one touch solution for client inquiries or concerns and direct clients to the appropriate team member for further assistance when required based on standard operating procedures.

    Treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel.
    One or more years of providing great customer service.
    One or more years of administration work, preferably with some exposure to mortgage administration.
    Solid knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
    Highly flexible, with interpersonal skills you pride yourself on.
