    Assistant Property Manager (Residential) - Toronto / GTA The Opportunity
    With over 30 years of industry experience, this group is renowned for its excellence in property management. They're currently looking to hire an experienced Assistant Residential Property Manager to join their team in Toronto/ the GTA.

    Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager's primary role is to oversee a residential property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective management while upholding the highest standards of customer service for both residents and property owners.

    3+ years of experience in residential property management, ideally with portfolio sizes of 500+ units
    ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building competencies
    ~ Solid time management, administrative, and organizational skills
    ~ Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contracts
    ~ Valid driver's license and vehicle ownership are necessary, with willingness and ability to be on call and work irregular hours
