    With 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities located in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops manufactures, sells and installs over 20,000 premium surface countertops a year.

    Required immediately, our Local Abbotsford Branch is seeking a Full-Time Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator to join the team The Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of the big box stores Customer Service team to maintain and enhance the customer experience, while meeting the organizational and operational objectives.

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related filed preferred
    ~- 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
    ~5-10 years customer service experience
    ~ Intermediate mathematical skills, with a solid understanding of fractions and measurements
    ~ Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products
    ~ Experience with CRM systems
    ~ Manages, coaches/trains and motivates the customer service representative (CSR) team to ensure efficiency, with a keen focus on meeting all prescribed timelines.

    Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to the Director of National Accounts; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; implementing change and maintaining customer service records.

    Improves customer service quality by maintaining contact with customers and observing their needs.

    establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; Handles escalated customer complaints and concerns, investigates root cause and resolves issues.

    maintaining personal networks; Co-ordinates all service activities, including updating Moraware records, looking for ways we can improve.

    Ensuring that Instore Sales Collaterals are in place; coordinating the ordering and installation of store displays; and other activities that support the merchandising of our countertop programs.

    Wage starting at $25-28 per hour depending on experience
