Pour le projet emblématique REM, vous serez responsable de maintenir et d'améliorer les ressources humaines de l'organisation en déployant, en développant et en évaluant les relations avec les employés et les politiques, programmes et pratiques de ressources humaines.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
Etre un bon partenaire des managers en fournissant une contribution proactive et à valeur ajoutée liée à leurs besoins commerciaux.
Soutenir les managers dans l'application d'une bonne gestion des ressources humaines, des politiques, des processus et des programmes
Développer / adhérer à la politique/stratégie de recrutement et exécuter les activités de recrutement efficacement dans les délais impartis.
Évaluer et proposer des canaux alternatifs pour trouver des candidats de qualité pour maintenir les coûts de recrutement bas.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec chaque directeur d'entreprise et exécuter avec succès des initiatives en ressources humaines.
Dispenser des formations sur les sujets liés aux processus RH.
Gérer les processus d'immigration et d'installation des expatriés.
Assurer que les données d'ALPS sont précises et que des instructions appropriées sont données aux équipes d'AES.
Surveiller le cycle de gestion de la performance (PMC), y compris : l'évaluation annuelle et semi-annuelle de la performance, le processus d'augmentation de salaire, les examens des personnes et les plans de développement.
Gérer différents types de contrats d'emploi, avantages sociaux et politiques.
Surveiller les coûts des activités RH - formation, recrutement et programmes pertinents - pour garantir que les dépenses restent dans le budget des RH.
Soutenir la stratégie EHS.
Compétences et savoir-faire requis :
7 années d'expérience en RH dans un environnement/une industrie similaire
Expérience générale de gestion des ressources humaines couvrant tous les domaines de la pratique de la gestion des ressources humaines.
Influencer et résister dans une structure organisationnelle matricielle.
Connaissance actualisée de la législation du travail, sociale et de l'emploi.
Expérience de la gestion des représentants des employés.
Expérience ou exposition internationale.
Maîtrise du Francais et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
For the iconic REM project, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by deploying, developing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Good partner to managers by providing proactive, valued-added input related to their business needs
Support Managers in applying good HR Management, policies, processes and programs
Develop / Adhere to the recruiting policy/strategy and execute recruitment activities efficiently within deadline
Evaluate and come up with alternative channels of sourcing good quality candidates to keep recruitment costs down
Work closely with each business manager and successfully executes HR initiatives
Conduct training of HR process related topics
Handle Expatriates immigration and settling-in related process
Ensure ALPS data are accurate and that proper instructions are given to the AES teams.
Monitor the Performance Management Cycle (PMC) including : annual & semi-annual performance review, merit increase process, people reviews and development plan
Manage various employment contract types, benefits and policies
Monitor the costs of HR activities – training, recruit and relevant programs to ensure expenditures stay within HR budget.
Support EHS strategy
Skills and competencies expected:
7 years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
Up-to-date knowledge of labor, social and employment legislation
Experience dealing with employee representatives.
International exposure or experience
Fluent in the English language, written and spoken
