    You as a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will:
    Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and the printing of training materials
    Assist in coordinating events, all aspects of internal and external meetings and office moves
    Assist in organizing and executing corporate events including, coordinating with vendors and suppliers
    Log data entries for salaried timesheet project allocations for payroll purposes
    Perform Ad-Hoc administrative duties as requested
    You have 1 to 3 years of administrative experience

    You have a focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
    Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite Applications is an asset
