    Description

    We are Canada's leading supplier of orthodontic and dental products. We are committed to delivering exceptional service in every interaction, every day.

    We are currently looking to fill the Ontario Territory Manager. Position selling specialty orthodontic supplies to clinicians.

    The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales experience, post-secondary education, a passion for selling, and an ability to build relationships.

    Full compensation package including salary, uncapped commission program, benefits and car allowance are provided. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and has the drive to succeed.

    Performance Requirements & Expectations:

    • This is a hunter/farming role developing business in the Ontario market.
    • Must be able to teach and demonstrate dental/orthodontic products
    • Travel to dental offices throughout the Ontario area.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
    • Conduct Lunch and Learns and Study Clubs within the territory.
    • Attend appropriate courses, conventions, and tradeshows in the territory.
    • Overnight travel and weekend course work is required.
    • Complete and submit sales reports and CRM reporting

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of sales experience, preference to medical/dental/B2B
    • Business or Science degree
    • Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
    • Previous Track record
    • Embrace relationship building; strong ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external customers
    • Professional and friendly attitude
