    Description

    ORC, Canada's leading family health and wellness club is looking for a Membership Sales Lead who excels in providing customer service, is sociable, energetic, self-motivated, and available to work flexible/part-time evenings or weekends.

    The Membership Sales Lead will:

    Generate new leads through networking, referrals and community groups.
    Meet monthly goals including tours and new sales revenue.
    Prepare and complete administrative duties in accordance with club/departmental standards.
    Assist in staff training.
    Strong knowledge of fitness and/or racquet sports is an asset.
    Flexible schedule Available evenings and Saturdays or Sundays
    Previous sales experience required (1-3 years minimum)
    Efficient in computer technology as it relates to member management, data entry, online registration.
    ORC is a multi-sport, multi-purpose family facility.
