    B2B Trade Marketing Manager at EHPlabs


    As the B2B Trade Marketing Manager at EHPlabs, your role is vital in driving the company's success by creating and implementing strategic trade marketing initiatives. These initiatives are designed to increase brand visibility, boost sales, and build strong partnerships with retail collaborators.


    • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to align trade marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies.
    • Plan and implement trade marketing campaigns through various channels including point-of-sale materials, promotions, trade shows, ambassadors, and digital platforms.
    • Develop creative briefs and closely coordinate with the creative team to create impactful marketing materials.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure optimal product visibility and placement in retail locations, representing the brand effectively.
    • Create joint marketing initiatives with retailers to drive foot traffic, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility in-store.
    • Manage the trade marketing budget effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing or brand management.


    You must have a proven track record of executing successful trade marketing campaigns for consumer packaged goods. Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies in the North American market, with a focus on the US, is essential. An analytical mindset, proficiency in interpreting data, and familiarity with the latest marketing tools are also required.
