    Description
    We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our client in downtown Calgary. This attractive opportunity is not only permanent but also offers multiple benefits including profit share and a healthcare spending account.     Responsibilities:
    • Transfer incoming calls in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming emails appropriately.
    • Faxing, filing, and photocopying as needed.
    • Manage incoming packages and mail, ensuring it goes to the appropriate location.
    • Stock the kitchen, and keep printers and copiers stocked with paper.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Reception or similar is preferred.
    • Professional presentation.
    • Communicates in a friendly and clear manner on the phone.
    • Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Team player who anticipates the needs of the office throughout the day.
