Account Manager - Toronto, ON, Canada - Giftagram
Description
Giftagram is looking for a driven, organized, and passionate Account Manager to join our Team. We are seeking someone who has a customer-obsessed mindset to support customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention. As Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Customer Team to understand customer success criteria, address questions, help execute gift campaigns, resolve issues, and ensure that our offerings exceed customer expectations.
What you'll do
Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new customers by providing them with product training, assisting with account setup, and ensuring they have all the necessary resources to get started.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Giftagram's product and services to effectively guide customers and answer their questions accurately.
Customer Support: help to resolve customer challenges, monitor the health of customer accounts, identify red flags and proactively taking steps to mitigate churn risks.
Customer Experience: work hand in hand with Account Managers to help the customer recognize the value by supporting order fulfillment, reporting, ensuring positive and proactive communications, and overall supporting the CSM team leads.
Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions to resolve them.
Growth Initiatives : lead account management, speaking with customers, helping to manage routine renewal flows, coordinating renewal meetings, and executive business review meetings. Will help pull customer usage data and prep customer presentations.
Qualifications
Extreme ownership mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience maintaining customer relationships
Strong organizational skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience working with Google Suite, Hubspot
Quick learner and are excited to take on challenging new projects
Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience
Basic data analysis skills to interpret customer usage data and draw insights to inform customer success strategies
