As a primary point of contact during the initial customer journey, the objective of a Bilingual New Accounts Specialist is to create and foster a positive relationship with Questrade customers.

Interacting and building relationships with customers through various communication channels, including phone, live chat & SMS, email and occasionally face-to-face / virtual meetings
Continuously providing a high level customer experience by demonstrating our We Care values during each customer interaction
Educating customers on Questrade's trading platforms, and our products and services
Receiving weekly/monthly coaching, mentoring, and training from sales team members
Agile:
ability to manage multiple client communication channels, including inbound and outbound responsibilities
So are YOU our next Bilingual New Accounts Specia li st (English/Mandarin)? Required: - 2 years' work experience in a sales environment with a strong focus on putting the customer first
Fully Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
Contact center experience, ideally in financial services
Intro & pre-screen with the Talent Acquisition team
First Interview:
On-site with the Sales Leadership team
Second/Final Interview:
On-site with the Senior Sales Leadership team
Work Model:
Hybrid, with an in-office rotation from Monday to Friday

On-site
