    As a key player, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring successful project execution, and maintaining high standards across our organization.

    Your expertise in sales, SOW creation, RFP review, and performance metrics will be critical in achieving our business goals.
    This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US in the EST timezone. A valid passport is required.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:
    Lead the execution of strategic projects within established deadlines and budgets.
    Develop and modify SOWs based on project scope, deliverables, and client expectations.
    Ensure accurate documentation of project details and contractual agreements.
    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project implementation.
    Establish performance benchmarks and standards for project success.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
    Implement standardized procedures to enhance overall performance.


    Stakeholder Management:
    Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
    Foster strong relationships to drive successful implementation.


    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic implementation, project management, or professional services.
    Proven track record in sales, SOW creation, and successful project delivery.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
    Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or related fields are a plus.
