    Our Team Members provide caring services to residents and clients throughout Saskatchewan in our Seniors Independent Living Communities, Intermediate Care Homes, Long-Term Care, Group Homes for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, and programs like the Seniors Day Program and the Luther Seniors Centre.

    In line with LutherCare Communities' Vision, Mission, and Values, we are actively seeking a passionate Activity Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

    This pivotal role involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating educational, social, recreational, and wellness activities for tenants and Team Members.

    The position also entails organizing various programs with flexibility in working hours, occasionally extending beyond regular day shifts to include evenings or weekends.

    Valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract
    Experience working effectively with seniors, preferably in a recreation programming capacity
    Excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Publisher
    Sensitivity, patience, and concern in providing quality service to residents
    Positive adaptability to change and a proactive approach to quality improvement
    Effective collaboration with tenants, committees, contractors, and other departments of LCC
    Willingness to operate the transport bus
