    About the Opportunity

    • Play a key role as an expert in indirect procurement focusing on optimizing spend, strategic negotiations, and building strong vendor relationships.
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience in enhancing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and integrating them into ERP or eProcurement tools like Workday, ServiceNow, ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, fieldglass, and more.
    • Solid grasp of P2P process basics including spend analysis, order processing, contract creation, managing spend channels, ensuring PR/PO compliance, automating invoices, and streamlining end-to-end services.
    • Skilled in cleaning and refining large datasets in excel to optimize P2P data, utilizing data hierarchies, pivot tables, Vlookups, and creating prototype dashboards.
    • Experience in developing knowledge repositories with process maps, written guides, videos, and providing training to users.
    • Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of vendors, qualifying them, assessing risks, managing relationships, defining KPIs, and negotiating commercial terms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at engaging with various business partners.
    About You
    • Minimum of 3 years in procurement and vendor management roles
    • Prior experience in consulting or BPM, involved in at least one procurement tools implementation project.
    • Familiarity with various indirect procurement areas such as IT, professional services, communications, marketing, travel, and facilities management.

    Pay Rate: $50 per hour
