    As an Accounting Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.

    You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization. Full Time Permanent Opportunity

    Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, executive accountant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or family-owned business environment.

    ~ Extensive experience in a Microsoft Office environment is required
    ~ 5+ years of bookkeeping experience- QuickBooks and Excel is a MUST .
    ~ Must be able to answer phones , route calls to proper place, and be extremely professional.
    ~ Coordinate with clients on orders and shipping/installations.
