Your responsibilities in a few words:
Ensure sound management of accounts receivable - Carry out credit inquiries and transmit suggestions for lines of credit and required revisions - Make calls to collect amounts due and see to the negotiation of payment agreements - Participate upon release of orders – Produce notices and receipts – Communicate with the sales and administration department regarding payment disputes – Apply credit insurance rules to files – Guarantee the collection and sharing of information with the lawyers – Providing teamwork and effective collaboration with colleagues
