    Description
    Working in a LASIK MD clinic is to help improve people's eyesight. You have a permanent full-time position hrs/week) .
    You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.

    You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.

    A clear view of your assets

    You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.

    Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
    You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.

    Schedule :
    You are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, as well as occasional Saturdays. On surgery days (typically Thursday/Friday), your shift will run from 6:45 am to the end of the surgery schedule.
