    This role is hybrid-remote with a requirement to attend the office two day s per week and as required .

    Reporting to the Manager, Branch Administration, the Senior Sales and Administration Training Specialist will be responsible for the onboarding and training of the Sales and B ranch A dministration team .

    Possessing a thorough understanding of sales and administrative processes, the Senior Sales and Administration Training Specialist will create training resources that meet the needs of the Sales Centre of Excellence as well as lead ing , develop ing , implement ing , facilitat ing , and assess ing training and development initiatives with a focus on improving employee performance.

    The T echnical D esigner and e- L earning D evelopment S pecialist will report to the Senior Sales and Administration Training Specialist.

    University Degree or College Diploma in Adult Education and/or related work experience
    Possess 2+ years' experience in crafting curriculum content
    Extensive and in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures
    Strong knowledge of computer software and Learning Management Systems ( LMS) such as Articulate 360, MS Office suite, Sharepoint
    Strong presentation and business writing skills
    Collaborate with Manager, Branch Administration to d efine and execute the training strategy and development plan for the S ales and A dministration teams
    Create, develop and organize Sales employee training programs
    Conduct training of all new Sales employees and ensure best practices and Arbor business rules are implemented and adhered to
    Collaborate with members of the Sales Operations team to create training materials, e-Learning solutions and communications
    Partner with the Manager, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience on national and large scope training initiatives to ensure consistency in training methodologies, delivery and content
