We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Crypto Influencer Marketing Specialist with expertise and passion for Web3, crypto, Web3 gaming, DeFi, and crypto trading to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across various platforms.
This is an hourly part time position that could potentially scale to full time depending on client demand.Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and target demographic within the Web3 and crypto industry.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research to identify key influencers and content creators that align with the brand's ethos and campaign objectives.
Competitive Analysis:
Keep abreast of market trends and conduct competitor analysis to ensure our influencer marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Influencer Outreach &Relationship Management:
Influencer Identification & Outreach:
Source and engage with influencers, negotiating terms and contracts while fostering long-term relationships.
Content Collaboration:
Collaborate with influencers to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and delivers on campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships and campaigns, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
Content Approval:
Review and approve influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess return on investment (ROI).
Data-Driven Insights:
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on campaign data and performance metrics.
Work closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to influencer marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, particularly within the Web3 and crypto industries
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Ability to interpret and analyze performance data to inform decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
