    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor to join our team.

    Reporting to the Marketing Director for the Intact Brand, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Intact's brand leadership in Canada. Your role will be diverse and fulfilling, as you will have the chance to impact strategy, build diverse projects and identify mandates that will foster growth and generate impactful results. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be a key element of this position. You will interact with a variety of internal stakeholders, in multidisciplinary forums, advancing our brand's leadership.

    In this position you will:

  • Support our goal to strengthen Intact's brand leadership across all strategic segments and markets, with an unwavering commitment to achieving results.
  • Anticipate strategic marketing opportunities by generating marketing insights through data and research and presenting these to business and marketing stakeholders.
  • Understand market drivers and develop value propositions that further our competitive advantage.
  • Build close working relationships with business partners to influence strategic priorities, ensuring marketing plans and strategies align with business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, agencies to support brand initiatives.
  • Deliver and monitor results: ensure stated objectives are delivered on plan (monitor/early indicators), take corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Have a strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital content, influencer marketing, sponsorships, experiential marketing.
  • Have a deep understanding of best practices in the development and delivery of various forms of content.

    • Your assets:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that involve a high level of cross-functional collaboration.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of assessing research findings and utilizing evidence to bolster perspectives and recommendations.
  • Takes initiative easily and is comfortable working autonomously.
  • Collaborative mindset with an aspiration to make constructive contributions to the Intact team culture.
  • Thinks strategically, maintains an optimistic attitude, and motivates others to do the same.
  • Takes proactive measures to address issues and handles conflict/negotiates constructively.
  • Exceptional communication proficiencies with proven aptitude to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
  • Well organized and excellent at project management and working under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
