    Description

    Randstad Staffing, Canada's #1 Staffing Firm is actively recruiting for an administrator for one of our clients in St John's, NL.

    The successful candidate will start 1st June


    Duties/Skills may include:

    • Answering phones
    • Data entry
    • General admin and back office support
    • Organize and book appointments with customers for field technicians
    • Invoice and reconcile client payment
    Advantages

    Responsibilities

    • Answer phones
    • Customer Service
    • Reconcile monthly bank, visa, and credit card statements with receipts for pass off to bookkeeper
    • Other admin as required
