    Habiletés en résolution de problèmes et de planification requises
    Utilisez vos capacités techniques et vos habiletés en analyse pour soutenir notre équipe des Installations. Vous travaillerez avec des clients internes et externes ainsi qu'avec des fournisseurs pour garantir la prestation de services d'affaires, tels que les déménagements, les rénovations de bureaux et l'entretien courant de nos installations à travers le pays. Le poste requiert la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais pour communiquer dans les deux langues officielles du Canada.

    Ce que vous ferez :

    • Planifier et mettre en œuvre des projets liés aux installations
    • Élaborer des budgets et des rapports
    • Offrir continuellement des services de recherche dans divers contrats
    • Diriger les démarches pour obtenir et maintenir les contrats de service
    • Répondre aux demandes de service quotidiennes
    • Collaborer avec des fournisseurs, des entrepreneurs et des propriétaires-bailleurs pour résoudre certaines questions

    • Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
    • Capacité à collaborer et solides compétences relationnelles
    • Capacité d'accomplir plusieurs tâches de manière organisée et minutieuse

    Ce qu'il vous faut :

    • Diplôme ou grade en administration ou en gestion des installations avec au moins deux ans d'expérience connexe (ou un agencement équivalent de formation et d'expérience)
    • Connaissance pratique des principes de gestion des installations, de la préparation de budgets, de l'établissement de prévisions et de la gestion de projets
    • Permis de conduire valide et capacité de voyager
