    Senior Communications Specialist (Temporary, 12-18 months)

    Where will you work: Hybrid (3 days in office) – Regina, Saskatchewan ( th Ave, Regina, SK S4P 0M3)

    As a Senior Communications Specialist you will participate in the development of internal and external communications strategies, initiatives and activities for Mosaic and the North America Business you will work to ensure consistent message development across the organization and will build relationships within the business and throughout the company to understand and proactively respond to specific communications goals, objectives, needs and challenges. This position will also be responsible for the development, launch and ownership of all digital communication tools for the department.

    What you'll do?

  • Create and implement internal and external communications programs.
  • Oversee print and online advertising.
  • Develop content and manage websites.
  • Work with vendors to plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing collateral and presentations.

    • What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a public relations agency or corporate public relations department.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Is a confident communicator and presenter.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and website publishing are essential.
